Hi Mike, I just wanted to send you a quick note to compliment Bryan in your maintenance department. On Monday I had an issue when neither one of my garage door opener remotes worked. I called and spoke to Brian. After asking the usual question (did I change the batteries?) he told me that he could make me his first stop of the day and would arrive about 9am (note that it was already 8:38am). I couldn?t believe it when he pulled up at 9am on the dot. He was very quick at assessing the problem, programing new remotes and giving me a short explanation. I don?t think it even took him 5 minutes. I?m VERY appreciative of the quick resolution to my issue. Brian was extremely nice and he really turned my day around! THANK YOU!!!! Diane P.
Good afternoon Mike, I?m writing to let you know what great customer service Bryan Ness has provided to us since Trike bought Six Points. We have had several major problems such as rain streaming into our living room during storms, birds raising families in our ceiling and our air conditioning going out on the hottest and most humid day of the summer. Each time I have dealt with Bryan he has been courteous, professional and prompt. We have not yet been here even a year and have had all of these unfortunate issues in last few months. We are very lucky and pleased to have such a responsible and accountable maintenance staff, something we have sorely missed in the past with previous companies. I appreciate both Bryan and Steve who worked on our drywall in the ceiling to remedy the leaks. In closing, I just want to provide positive feedback on the hardworking, reliable and friendly staff you have working for you. Just wanted to give your maintenance team a good word. The repairs to our bathroom turned out great. They were very clean, organized and friendly. Hell the guy even placed tarp down on the floor to cover the path where he would be walking. We had a great experience with the maintenance department. David Z.

I got the greatest deal at Farwell Apts. on the east side. The process was very easy and painless as I did not have a lot of time to invest in looking. I am from New Jersey and I was unable to come to Milwaukee but I spoke with Trike Property Management and they directed me to their website where I could view the particular area I was interested in. They were able to handle everything I needed on-line. My application, payment and everything was handled very promptly. They were very helpfull and it was a very pleasant experience. They even emailed me my lease for signature. I live at Parkwood Village Townhomes and would certainly recommend them if you are from out of town and need some assistance. Zach G.
